About Inspire You Wellbeing

We’re a B Corp certified people and wellbeing consultancy based in Sussex, combining psychology, therapy, coaching and consultancy to support individuals, families, schools and organisations.

Our belief is simple: when we understand and support people as whole human beings, we can create meaningful, sustainable change in how they live, work and perform.

Where We Started

From Play Therapy to a Bigger Vision

Inspire You began in 2008, founded by Claire Elmes, whose background in the NHS and passion for supporting children’s emotional wellbeing led her to establish Inspire Play Therapy.

Working closely with children and families, Claire saw how challenges rarely exist in isolation. A child’s emotional wellbeing affects their family. A parent’s wellbeing influences their relationships. And the pressures people experience at work often follow them home.

As her work expanded into coaching, leadership development and organisational wellbeing, so did the vision for the business.

What started as one practitioner supporting children and families has grown into a multidisciplinary business, but our commitment to understanding the person behind the challenge has never changed.

Where We are now

Bringing Together Therapy, Coaching & Consultancy

Today, Inspire You Wellbeing works with individuals, families, schools, charities and organisations, helping people navigate challenges, build mental fitness and perform at their best.

Our team brings together expertise across therapy, therapeutic coaching, leadership development, people and culture strategy, clinical supervision and workplace wellbeing.

We believe that wellbeing and performance aren’t competing priorities. When people feel supported, understand themselves and have the right skills and environment, they’re better equipped to manage challenges and develop their potential.

Our commitment to people extends beyond the services we deliver. In 2025, we became a certified B Corporation, achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 93.7. This reflects our commitment to responsible business practices and considering the impact we have on our people, clients, communities and the environment.

Alongside our B Corp certification, we’re proud of the professional qualifications, accreditations and recognition we’ve achieved over the years. Our team brings together practitioners with specialist training and professional memberships, helping us maintain high standards across the different areas of our work.

What connects everything we do is our belief that meaningful change takes more than a one-off intervention. We focus on practical, evidence-informed approaches that people can apply, embed and sustain.

Where We’re Going

Reimagining Wellbeing Through a More Connected Approach

We believe the future of wellbeing needs to look different. Too often, support is delivered in separate boxes. Mental health is treated independently from physical health, workplace wellbeing is disconnected from family life, and support often only becomes available when someone is already struggling.

But people don’t live their lives in separate boxes, so why should their wellbeing be treated that way?

Our ambition is to reimagine wellbeing through a more holistic, connected and proactive approach, recognising the relationship between our physical, emotional, social and professional lives. We’re continuing to explore how science, technology and human connection can work together to create more personalised and effective support. From using neurofeedback and biofeedback to help people better understand their responses, to developing new ways of measuring progress and embedding sustainable behaviour change, innovation is central to where we’re heading.

Our CoreSevenframework brings this thinking together, recognising seven interconnected rhythms of life and providing a practical structure for developing mental fitness. Through the CoreSeven digital platform, we’re making this approach more accessible to individuals and organisations.

We’re also challenging traditional boundaries around where support sits. That might mean helping an organisation support its employees not just as professionals, but as parents, partners and individuals. Or bringing together therapeutic, coaching and organisational expertise to address challenges from different perspectives.

Ultimately, we want to move beyond simply responding to problems and towards creating environments, connections and everyday habits that help people perform at their best.

Our Values

Whether we’re supporting one person, a family, a leadership team or an entire organisation, we don’t simply deliver a programme and walk away. We get to know the people, understand what is really going on and tailor our approach around what they need.

Human-centred

We start with the individual.
People don’t exist in isolation. What affects one person can ripple through their family, team, organisation and wider community.

Science-backed

Our work draws on psychology, neuroscience, therapeutic practice, coaching and evidence-based approaches – turning research into support people can actually use..

Integrative

We combine therapy, coaching and consultancy, giving you access to different expertise in one place rather than needing separate support for every part of the challenge.

Creative

We find engaging, motivating, and practical ways to create change, adapting how we work to the people in front of us rather than expecting them to fit a standard programme.

Proactive

We help people and organisations build the awareness, skills and strategies that strengthen wellbeing and performance before challenges become bigger problems.

Measurable

We use feedback, data and evidence-based measures to track progress and adapt our approach when needed. This also allows you to review the ROI of our support.
